We know you are busy, so we work hard to make hiring the right team member easy.

Step 1: Get connected

Contact us for a brief, 15 to 30-minute consultation so we can learn more about your needs. You may schedule a call now, or send us a message and we will respond via email.

Step 2: Spread the word

Provide a job description and start date if you have those in mind. We can also assist with generating a job description as needed. An invitation to apply will be shared with qualified members of our roster.

Step 3: Make your selection

Select the candidates you are most interested in meeting with.

We will schedule 45 - 60 minute interviews based on your availability.

Once you make your final selection, your Executive Assistant may begin working on the start date previously provided.
